How does payment work?
It is a one-time payment, with no subscription. You pay by card on a secure page, when you choose your plan.
Can I create several biographies?
The number of biographies depends on the plan you choose. You can take a new plan at any time: biographies and storage add up.
Who can see a biography?
You decide. As a draft, only you can see it. Private, only the people you share it with can see it. Published, anyone with its link or QR code can view it.
Can my loved ones take part?
Yes. You can invite your loved ones to view a biography or to add their own texts, photos and videos. Everyone can also leave a tribute.
How does the plate work?
The plate bears an engraved QR code that leads to the biography. It is included in some plans and offered as an option for the others, at payment.
How many photos and videos can I add?
Each plan includes storage, shared between all your biographies. Your dashboard always shows how much you have used.
I forgot my password, what should I do?
On the login page, you can receive a code by email to log in without your password, or a link to choose a new one.
